Sapa Easy trekking - Bac Ha market
(3 DAYS/4 NIGHTS - Thu, Fri, Sat)

Day1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Cat Cat - Lao Chai - Ta Van.
Pick up at Lao Cai station by Mini bus to SAPA. Arrive in Sa Pa at 9.00AM. Breakfast and relax. Start trekking to Cat Cat village for the H’Mong minority, hydroelectric power station and the waterfall. Have lunch. Then go along a beautiful valley between mountains for the next village called Y Linh Ho. Get down to Lao Chai village and then stop at Ta Van village. Have dinner and spend the night in a Dzay family.

Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa.
Get up early in the morning for fresh atmosphere in the countryside. Breakfast and continue for the next village of the Red Dzao minority (Giang Ta Chai village). Visit Silver waterfall and a nice rattan bridge. Have lunch. Cross the river and go up to the mountain for Su Pan village and then back to SAPA by jeep. Have dinner. Free time and O/N in Sa Pa.

Day 3: Sapa - Bac Ha market - Lao Cai - Hanoi
Have breakfast then leaving Sapa early in the morning at 6.30AM, bus transfer to Bac Ha market. This drive will take approx. 3 hours. We arrive in Bac Ha at 9.30AM, the best time to visit this huge market with its entire colorful ethnic people as Flower H'mong, Phu La and Dzao Tuyen who gather to buy and sell. After visiting the market, have lunch in restaurant, our guide will take you for a trekking to Ban Pho village. At around 3.00PM we get back to our bus for the ride back to to Lao Cai Train station (at 5.00PM). Have dinner and get on the train at 9 PM. Arrive in Hanoi 5 AM the next day. Tour finished.
Note: Visiting Bac Ha market could be the first day, second day or third day depending on your departure date.

Sapa - Can Cau Market - Bac Ha Market

Day1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Cat Cat - Lao Chai - Ta Van. (Fri)
Upon arrival in Lao Cai Station, bus tranfer to Sapa. After breakfast and get ready for the trip, trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Dzay tribes then keep going along the bottom of the Sapa valley to get to Ta Van village, which is supposed to be one of the most beautiful area. Have a picnic lunch on the way. Get back to Sapa by motorbike/jeep. Stay overnight in hotel in Sapa. (App. 6 hours trekking/14 kms and 30 minutes riding).

Day 2: Sapa - Can Cau market - Bac Ha. (Sat)
After breakfast our Jeep we drive you to Can Cau market (On Saturday). It takes more than 2 hours to get to CanCau - a small market situated in a valley surrounded by mountains and only 7 km from China. The market deeply shows the typical cultural features of the minorities in remote mountainous areas in Vietnam. Further more, you can enjoy seeing boys and girls in colourful costumes - different colours of the mountains. They attend the market in the hope of finding "the other halves of their lifves" and this is also the time for them to chat, to exchange everything among different ethnic peoples through cups of wine sold in the market. Say goodbye to the market and transfer to BacHa. On the way, spend time visiting a village of the Flower H'mong and then check in hotel in BacHa. Free to explore the town. (Lunch in CanCau or in BacHa and dinner in BacHa). Overnight in Bac Ha.

Day 3: Bac Ha market - Lao Cai - Hanoi. (Sun)
Breakfast and the beginning of the day on which you visit a big market filled with many different hill-tribe peoples. This is the most colourful market in North Vietnam. At the market, you have chance to enjoy BacHa people's simple but unique kinds of food with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches... talking to the minorities through the guide's interpretation. Leave the market for the H'mong King's house (King Hoang A Tuong) built by the French colonists and the Chinese in 1920. Return the town for lunch. In the afternoon, spend time visiting another village (BanPho village) Say good bye to BacHa and get back to Lao Cai. On the way back, drop in to see the Vietnamese and Chinese Harbour Mouth in LaoCai. Transfer to Lao Cai station for the night train at 8.55PM to Hanoi. Arrives in Ha Noi at 5.00AM. Tour finished.

Note: If you start from Hanoi on Thursday evening the program will be the same above. If you start from Hanoi on Friday evening you will arrive in Lao Cai on Saturday morning so we will wait for you at train station and drive to visit Can Cau and Bac Ha market first and then drive back to Sapa in the afternoon of second day.
